Mobility work from Kelly Starrett’s mobilitywod.com
Swim, Walk, Hike, Bike all at an easy pace where you could talk to someone else while moving.
Yoga, restorative, relaxation.
Relax, treat yourself to something that puts you are peace. Go out for coffee, read a book, get your nails done!
