Our CFNV BootCamp classes are focused on building general fitness. Each class will consist of a thorough warm up, skill building, a conditioning workout, and a cool down.
You can expect to use kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, gymnastics rings, medicine balls, plyo-boxes, rowing machines, and your own bodyweight.
CFNV has changed the way I think about fitness and has shattered my preconceived notions about getting older. I thought I would have to lower my fitness expectations and find more leisurely activities. Then I found CFNV and I’ve never felt stronger, faster or healthier overall…ever. ~ Ally
