Our CFNV BootCamp classes are focused on building general fitness. Each class will consist of a thorough warm up, skill building, a conditioning workout, and a cool down. You can expect to use kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, gymnastics rings, medicine balls, plyo-boxes, rowing machines, and your own bodyweight. The majority of the classes will take place indoors, but, we will run outside as well. There is no prerequisite for taking CFNV Bootcamp classes. Come join us – the first class is free!!

Do I need to do CrossFit Foundation Lessons to be a CFNV BootCamp member??
No, you do not need to take our Foundations Course to participate in the CFNV BootCamp classes.
If I am a CFNV BootCamp member can I attend CrossFit classes??
No, you are only able to attend CFNV BootCamp classes. If you eventually would like to join CrossFit we will offer you a specific Foundations Package at that time to upgrade your membership.
If I am a CrossFit member can I attend CFNV BootCamp classes??
Will we do Max lifts in the CFNV BootCamp Classes??
No, we will use barbells, but, there will not be any max lifting.
Do I need to be in shape to join??
No, you are coming to us to get you in shape.
Will we be outdoors or in a park like other bootcamps??
No, our classes will take place inside the CrossFit North Vancouver gym. However, we will run outside and utilize the parking lot.
Who are the instructors??
All of the instructors will be CrossFit certified coaches.
