This is update 3 for CFNV and it comes because information is changing so rapidly. It seems like the number one thing we can do to prevent the spread of COVID 19 is social distancing and the next two weeks could be key.
In order to do our part we have decided on implementing some class size rules during these times. We feel there is plenty of room for 8 people to workout in the gym. Any classes with more than 8 will be split into two. One half doing some work outside with running and other movements while the other half can be inside. We will then flip flop after cleaning and repeat. In addition I will post modified versions of the WOD online so that those of you who travelled and are home for 14 days, those who are feeing sick, and those who choose to stay home can workout from isolation.
My hope is to be preventative and stay ahead of the curve. I want to keep us safe as possible. I know this is difficult because we are used to CFNV being a social place and we can continue to meet but have to be safe with how close we get.
