Our 60-minute indoor rowing classes are designed to give you a great workout, improve your technique and use almost every muscle in your body. These 60-minute classes are run by coach Jill and Kevin, who both have over 15 years of experience in the sport of rowing. In this class, you will spend 30 minutes working on technique and movement before jumping into an interval-based workout. Each session will also include a proper warm-up and cool down. Monthly testing will be done to help track improvements, and insure you have numbers to work with for every workout.
Please note that the learning curve for every person is different with rowing. If you have not spent much time being coached on the machine previously, it may be recommended that you book a private session to help develop basic rowing foundations.
Class times: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 am-11:30 am and Wednesdays at 6:30 pm
*More classes to be added soon. Keep an eye on the schedule

Private sessions are beneficial for everyone. Although rowing is a repetitive motion, it is very difficult to master the perfect stroke. Private sessions are a great way to learn to row at your own pace. Private coaching is also extremely beneficial even for those with years of experience. Video feedback and focused drills can help correct any technical errors. It is highly recommended to book a private session with coach Jill or Kevin before joining our group classes.
