Hey All! We are going to do our “food raiser” again for the Food Bank. In previous years the food bank has commented on January being the real need for food once the holidays are over and they are depleted. Thus, we will be accepting donations under our tree from today, Monday Dec 4th until January 2nd.
Take this as an opportunity to clean out your cupboards and bring us your non-perishables. If you don’t have much kicking around feel free to go to the food bank website and purchase some of the most needed items.

If you have friends from other gyms you can invite them to come workout over the holidays and have them bring a donation as their drop in fee. Have a friend who wants to try CrossFit? Have them email us and arrange to come in with you to try it out. They can buddy up with you and bring a donation.
