As a triathlon competitor James already knew a lot about disciplined training and hard work but since discovering CrossFit he has enjoyed the extra bonus of working out in a community of like-minded people. Despite the rigors of training he’d previously done, CrossFit has taken his fitness to new levels. “I’m at the leanest, strongest and most conditioned I’ve ever been. Same weight as ironman but hugely stronger. Much better balance.”
James brings great people skills and lots of experience playing with Kettlebells. He’s passionate about coaching and a dedicated father/businessman who puts his spare time into working with you! Thanks for being a great piece of the team James!
