Sally started coaching at CFNV 5 years ago, after having coached Dave Kitchen in Krav Maga – teaching him how to punch like a girl! Sally quickly fell in love with the CFNV community and hasn’t left since! Sally trains regularly and can be found coaching noon classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She is an outstanding motivator and supportive coach and is genuinely excited when she sees CFNV athletes hit new PR’s or achieve new goals. She is a warm, positive individual, with a knack for making everyone in the gym feel welcome and at home. We are grateful to have her as part of the CFNV team!
Wow! We go back, wayyyyy back. Sally and I did our CF-L1 together in San Diego many moons ago. From that day until present Sally is one of the most caring coaches I know. Ready and willing to do anything for her athletes. This extends into her personality. She’ll always be there for you. Get to know her! =)
