Suzanne McBeath “Curly”
Suzanne found out about CrossFit by reading a blog and 4 years later she has not looked back. With a full schedule of a family and kids plus work, she has found the 6:00 AM class works best for her and she is one of the regulars who show up so early Monday to Friday to give their all. The rewards continue to show up for her, “My health is probably the best it’s ever been. I changed my diet just before I started CrossFit and that also made a huge difference to how I feel on a daily basis. CrossFit keeps me fit enough to pursue other sports as and when I feel like it, whether it’s running a half marathon or a full day of skiing in Whistler.”
Professional, Mom, Wife, CrossFitter. Dedicated to all. Suzanne is the heartbeat of the 6am class and makes CFNV a better place by gracing our space with her presence. It’s also awesome when Abbi comes to visit! Just sayin…
