Every one of the members of our CFNV community has discovered Crossfit in their own way and Paula is no exception. “A co-worker was talking about it and it sounded like something I would be interested in so I tried it and have been doing it ever since.” There has been plenty of improvements since she started and became a regular in the early morning classes. After doing the Open competition for the last two years Paula is ready for the Open challenge in the New Year.
Paula is one of those faces you are happy to see everyday. Always working hard and always pleasant. She makes CFNV a better place. Not to mention, shes uber fit!
