Getting started in Crossfit meant taking on a new challenge and for Stephan it was about finding something ‘new with diversity’. Since October 2015 he has seen big jumps in both his strength and general conditioning. “I’ve gained 8 kilos already and plan to gain another 5 to 8 kilos. My cardio has improved lots but measuring recovery time isn’t always so straightforward when I’m just heading into the restaurant for an 12 hour shift after a workout!” No matter what Stephan is on track for plenty more improvements.

How did you discover Crossfit? Heard about it but was not interested then my wife pursued me to try and now I love it. Wives are always right!
How often do you train? Depends of the week. Averages 3 to 5 p/week.
When do you normally train? 9:30
What is your favourite type of workout? Weight lifting combine with cardio.
What type of workout do you least enjoy? Hate wall ball, really really really really hate it.
Is there anything you’d like to see added to the Crossfit program? It seems I miss days when there is weight lifting combine with cardio.
Complementary private lessons, lets say each member gets free lesson per year or something along that line. It is quite beneficial for the member and coach, avoiding injuries etc…. Just a thought.
Have you ever gone in a Crossfit competition? No, but would love to see one though.
