I posted before. The Open WODs can be re-done on Sunday’s between 1pm and 3:30pm. Because of the nature of the Week 1 Workout I’m suggesting you let me know in advance. 1pm the Gym Opens and then re-do’s will start at the following times:
1:25pm Heat 1 – 3 Rx Spots available + 1 Scaled
2:00pm Heat 2 – 3 Rx Spots available + 1 Scaled
2:30pm Heat 3 – 3 Rx Spots available + 1 Scaled
2:55pm Heat 4 – 3 Rx Spots available + 1 Scaled
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT A SPOT – We have to plan this out do to the nature of Workout 1.
REMINDER – Each and every one of you are responsible for logging into your account and submitting your score. I then validate your score. I cannot enter your score for you. I am only responsible for double checking it against the scorecard and my memory at which point I validate it or tell you there are adjustments needed before I validate.
PLEASE Note that your scores need to be in by 5pm Mondays. Not 5:01pm. Don’t forget. There are no second chances.
