3 Rep Max Squat (followed by two attempts at a 1 RM)
3 Rep Max Bench Press (followed by two attempts at a 1 RM)
20min – Establish a 1 RM Snatch
20min – Establish a 1 RM Clean and Jerk
1 Mile Run
3 Rep Max Dealift (followed by 2 attempts at a 1 RM)
