I am calling this post “The 9th Foundation Lesson” because we teach 8 Foundation lessons to everyone at our box before they start CrossFit. I feel everyone should also watch this video as a part of our Foundation Lessons. It’s one hour, just like the sessions, and really it should be the first lesson before they ever show up.
Dr. Kelly Starrett is a visionary and no matter what I watch or read from him I am always learning. This video is about the principles behind his Mobility WOD (workout of the day). Really, it’s the principles behind all human movement.
