The next cycle is upon us! We will be working on preparation and doing some “testing” next week, so, try to hit up all the classes if possible. Each day we will be testing a Strength, Strength and Conditioning, or Conditioning. There will be more to the day than what is posted below, but, this is what we will be doing. Get excited, eat lots, sleep lots, and be ready to hit it! The most important part of “testing” is the “re-test” at the end of the cycle.
Monday Testing – 3 Rep Max Deadlift
Tuesday Testing – 3 Rep Max Bench Press
Wednesday Testing – Benchmark WOD
Thursday Testing – Benchmark Conditioning
Friday Testing – 3 Rep Max Squat
Saturday Testing – Benchmark WOD
I’m excited to get back into the gym with you next week. We will also have our own training journals ready to go for next week. They were a collaborative effort between us and Jesse “the human hanger” Bifano at CrossFit Squamish. Jesse knows stats and how to track them. We are excited to offer you a journal for the year customized to our program! If you want to see the most games, track your progress!
PS. Annalise Christine Kitchen was born on Monday, Sept 9th, at 2:51pm weighing in at a healthy 7lbs 15oz. Mommy and baby are both doing really well. So is big sister Grace and Daddy. 😉
