We have our very own training logs being made and should be ready Monday/Tuesday. They are tailored to our program and the way we do things. We played with various templates both on physical paper and online. We believe that we have created the best log book for each and every member of our gym. They will help you to track your workouts and improve through each year.
Chris, myself, and Jesse from CrossFit Squamish all believe the key to getting better is to track your workouts and make logging your workouts habit.
The log books will be yearly and will sell for $25. We will provide a place for you to store you log books at the gym or you can take them home. My advice, keep them at the gym. They don’t help you at home!
