We will be closed August 3rd, 4th, and 5th for the long weekend. We have some renovations to do and we felt being closed during the long weekend would impact the fewest amount of people. In our efforts to always provide you with the best facility to train in we are making some upgrades and do some renovations.
Coach Yoda (aka Chris) will be posting workouts that can be done at home or around town in an effort to keep you moving during the long weekend.
