This Monday, July 15th, we start our 6th cycle and we are going to focus on NOTHING! LOL Just kidding. We are going to focus on building aerobic capacity because it’s the summer and we want to get out and play. We will also be focussing on GPP, General Physical Preparedness. This is something we always do as CrossFitters. In fact, increasing GPP is what CrossFit is known for.
