First of all, awesome work the past 7 weeks with this cycle. I’m going to be sad to see it come to an end. I love all the stuff we were doing with KB’s. Next week is testing week and I CAN’T WAIT!! Here is what next week will look like.
Monday – KB Clean and Jerk Cycle, 5 Minutes. Max Reps in 5 min. Don’t put the bells down, it’s an immediate penalty.
Tuesday – 1 Rep Max Font Squat
Wednesday – 1 Rep Max Shoulder Press
Thursday – REST
Friday – 20 Rep Max Back Squat
Saturday – Fun!
