I work mainly as a longshoreman and part time at Westjet. I also fly planes. Currently I am working on float plane hours. I also enjoy snowshoeing, travel, and spending time with my beautiful gorgeous girlfriend and her awesome cat.

When Dave opened the gym (2010)
6.What is your favorite thing about CrossFit?
Watching people get better and cheering for my beautiful gorgeous girlfriend who inspires me every day.
CrossFit total because it involves power lifting. My favorites also include kettlebelling.

Watching clients who never thought they could excel at a sport become better and surprising themselves with their accomplishments

Watching Shannon (my beautiful gorgeous girlfriend) challenged herself to the Kettlebelll competition and working with Grizz to fundraise for the Firefighter Fran
