So far we have been running by the seat of our pants and loving every minute of the Open on Friday nights!! I would like to do a couple things to make things run smoother on Friday nights.
1) Suggested Warm Up will be posted on both Whitebaords. Ultimately it’s up to you to be warmed up any way you like.
2) I will post a HEAT SCHEDULE on the Whiteboard for you to sign up on. This will be the time your HEAT starts. Be ready with a judge. To sign up you need to put up your name and the person who will be judging you. NO JUDGE, NO HEAT. You will be put in a later heat. It’s your responsibility to have someone picked to judge you.
*if you are not competing in the Open and just in for a workout you need to sign up for a heat, but, you do NOT reguire a judge.
