1 Stair Climb
2 Handstand Pushups
3 Front Squats (95/135)
4 Pullups
5 Wall Balls
6 Pushups
7 Walking Lunges
8 Situps
9 KB Swings
10 Box Jumps
11 Toes to Bar
12 Clean and Jerk (95/135)

*complete 1 stair climb, then 2 HSPU and 1 Stair Climb, then 3 Front Squats, 2 HSPU, and 1 Stair Climb etc…
