Today is the official start of the CrossFit OPEN 2012 Edition.
Go to the site and register to compete: the CrossFit Games website with hundreds of thousands of elite athletes and everyone else in between.
The Open is open to anyone. Whether it is for fun or for the challenge or both. Anyone who wants to perform a workout each week for the five weeks between Feb. 22 and March 25, and get judged and scored on that performance, then measured against the best performers all over the globe to see who gets to move on to Regionals, and so forth can enter.

30 Double Unders & 15 Ground To Overhead 75lbs for men & 55lbs for women
