“Kettlebell Coaches Prep Course” (don’t have to be a coach)
The Kettlebell Coaches Prep Course is our introduction to kettlebell
conditioning. Coaches who participate in this course walk away with a
solid understanding of the foundational kettlebell lifts, which they
can use to fortify their programming for athletes and clients.
Athletes involved in any program, from football to track to CrossFit,
will find this course invaluable. Every aspect of the covered
kettlebell lifts will be broken down in detail: breathing, body
positioning, power generation, and lift mechanics.

IRON101 – Advanced Seminar 2:30pm to 4:30pm ($60)
“Double Kettlebell Strength and Conditioning”
The Double Kettlebell Strength and Conditioning course is designed for
coaches and athletes with a strong technique base in the foundational
kettlebell lifts. The goal of the course is to familiarize
participants with the unique mechanics of double kettlebell movements
in order to prepare them for the execution of chains and complexes
using two bells. Participants will learn to control and stabilize two
independent and dynamic weights on various planes: below the waist, in
the rack, and overhead, using efficient and effective body kinetics.
Double kettlebell conditioning is a truly remarkable tool for
increasing power, stamina, and strength in athletes of all types.

CrossFit (Level I, Kettlebell, Barbell, Football, Olympic Lifting,
Zach Filer has years of both Kettlebell and Barbell experience and has
served on the CrossFit Kettlebell Certification staff with Jeff
Martone. Zach traveled to St. Petersburg, Russia to attend the IKFSA
Elite Training Camp and Kettlebell Sport Coaching Certification lead
by living legends Sergey Rudnev, Sergey Rachinskiy, and Sergey Mishin.
Zach blends girevoy sport, the traditional Russian competition style
of kettlebelling, with the more fitness-oriented style prominent in
North America. The result is a style which he implements in his
strength and conditioning program and offers in his IRON101 seminars.
