What a great Saturday! The day started with three classes going through “Barbara”. What a grind that was. We then welcomed Zach, Marissa, and Blake from Old Country Iron to the gym for one of their Old Country Iron 101 Seminars on Kettlebell training. This course was a coaches prep course, but, anyone could take it. I learned a tonne and I have had a lot of positive feedback from everyone who has attended. We will be talking with Coach Z about coming back for a double handed KB seminar in the fall.
